电机齿轮安装操作手册翻译-中英对照

手动装置:
手动装置在试车时使用, 手动手轮轴有两圈弧槽,与手轮轴套定作用,正常生产(电机工作时)应该脱开,以免手轮高速运转产生安全事故。

下切刀装置:
在加工右旋弹簧时,下切刀可作间距到使用,在加工左旋弹簧时,下切刀起切断作用。

间距机构:
与间距推爪配合,用与制造压缩弹簧, 间距机构由间距凸轮片、间距摇臂和微调滑块组成。调整微调滑块,可以增加或减少间距幅度,使压缩弹簧变长或变短,调整凸轮片的前后位置,可以改变压缩弹簧的前后拼圈多少,当加工弹簧时,间距机构可以锁定,间距刀将不起作用。

互换齿轮:
该机设有互换齿轮,总齿轮为68牙,摸数为3.5 摸,根据加工弹簧的实际展开长度,选择合适的互换齿轮, 上下两互换齿轮可以对调, 当上方齿轮的齿数大于下方时, 则送线较短,反之较长。互换齿轮下轴装配最大互换齿轮为40牙,上轴为28牙;最大送线长度为3500mm, 具体送线长度见附表。

半齿轮:
半齿轮为78牙,啮合齿为26牙(全齿),摸数为40摸,78牙齿轮由里、外两件组成,根据实际弹簧展开长度,割去一部分齿轮,加工成半齿,调节外齿轮与里齿轮的配合,可以增加或减少1牙或多牙,使弹簧送线长度增加或减少。调试时,先用手动手轮, 到半齿轮正常啮合时在脱开手轮, 启动电机正常工作, 否则容易产生碰齿,半齿轮的第一牙和最后一牙容易磨损, 当磨损严重,并容易产生碰齿时, 把它磨去,然后再移动一牙。

切刀凸轮机构:
切刀凸轮装在半齿轮里面,当送线完成后, 切刀凸纶开始工作, 凸轮最高点时钢丝被切断, 切刀凸轮退下后,送线机构开始工作。
Manual device :
Manual devices can be used in commissioning, manual shaft have two circular arc, acting on the handwheel shaft sleeve definitely, in case of normal production (when electrical machinery is operating ) it should be uncoupled, in case that it produces incident that the handwheel operates at a high speed.

Down-cutter devices :
While in processing the dextral spring, down-cutter can be used as interval cutter, in processing left of left lateral spring, down-cutter can be played a role of cutting.

Interval organization:
Cooperate with the interval claw, and use in compression spring, the interval organization comprises by the interval cam scene, interval rocker arm and trimming slider. When operator adjust the trimming slider, it can increase or reduce the range of interval, so as to adjust the compression spring to turn longer or shorter; adjust fore-and-aft position of cam slice, if can change the number of fore-and-aft enclose of compression spring. when process the spring, organization can lock the interval, the interval will be inoperative .

Interchangeable gears:
This machine has interchangeable gears, the total gear wheel is about 68 teeth. Model gears is 3.5, which according to processing length of actual expansion of the spring; choose the suitable interchangeable gears, the up and down gear can exchange to each other. When the tooth number of upper gear is more than the tooth of lower gear, the length of sending thread is shorter, whereas the length of sending thread is longer. The maximum tooth number of interchangeable gear lower shaft shall be 40 teeth, and 28 teeth for the upper shaft; the maximum length of sending thread shall be 3500mm, the specific length of sending thread see attached list.

Semi-shaft gear:
Semi-shaft gear have 78 teeth, 26 tooth for engaging tooth (whole tooth). Model number is 40. The gear of 78 teeth is comprised by two set of device of outside and inside, which may cut some gear wheels according to the length of real spring and to form semi-shaft gear. Regulate the coordination of outside gear and inside gear can increase or reduce one tooth or above, so as to increase or reduce the length of compression spring. During the commissioning, use the manual handwheel first, and uncouple the handwheel in normal meshing; start motor normally, otherwise apt to touch the tooth; the first tooth and the last tooth of semi-shaft gear are easy to wear and tear, when it is serious to wear and tear, it apt to produce and touch the tooth , rub it, then move a tooth. 

Cams organization of cutter:
Cams organization of cutter install inside the semi-shaft gear. When the procession of sending thread is finished. The cams of cutter start to operate. The steel thread of cams shall be cut at the time of the peak of the cam, after the cams cutter retreating, the sending thread procedure begins to work.
