管理机构的设置根据生产经营需要，本着精干、统一、高效的原则，体现现代风电场运行特点，实行企业管理。根据原能源部颁发的能源人(1992)64号文“关于印发新型电厂实行新管理办法的若干意见的通知”及原电力部颁发的电安生(1996)572号文件“关于颁发《电力行业一流水力发电厂考核标准》(试行)的通知”的精神，结合工程具体情况，本风电场和升压变电站按少人值班的原则进行设计，当风电场电气设备和机械进入稳定运行状态后，可按无人值班、少人值守的方式管理风电场和132kV升压变电站。The establishment of the management organization is according to the needs of production and management, in line with keen-witted and capable, unify , high-efficient principle, reflect the modern wind electric field operation characteristic, implement business administration. 由于目前尚未颁布风电场运行人员编制规程，因此结合风电场的特点进行机构设置和人员编制，本风电场定员标准为22人，管理人员6人，运行维护人员16人。Because has not issued the wind electric field operation strength rules yet at present, the characteristic of combining the wind electric field carries on organization structuring and strength, this wind electric field staff's standard is 22 people, administrative staff is 6, operate 16 attenbants .

主要生产生活设施Produce life facilities mainly
Adama(Nazaret)风电场一期工程设有生产区和生活区两个区域，生产区包括风电机组、箱式变电站和132kV升压变电站等生产设施，主控楼内设有管理办公室以及会议室(兼来宾接待室)，为保障生产基地的设施条件，方便工作人员生活，还配备有适量的休息、食堂与伙房、洗浴等厅室。风电场管理基地是建成运营后的管理中心，考虑到交通条件和便于信息管理，本期工程运行期生产管理和办公生活基地设在132kV升压变电站。Adama (Nazaret ) wind electric field the first stage of the project consists of the producing area and two areas of biotope, the production area including wind-powered electricity aircrew , box transformer substation and 132kV step up production facilities , such as transformer substation ,etc., there are management offices and meeting room in floor of top management (and concurrently guest's reception room ), in order to ensure the facility condition of the production base , facilitate staff member's life , the room of allocating right amount rest , dining room and kitchen , washing the bath etc.. It is to build up a administrative center after running to manage the base in wind electric field, considering the traffic condition and benefitting the information management, this issue of project operates a production management and handles official business on the construction home base and is set up and stepped up the transformer substation in 132kV.
生产、生活区主要设施Produce, the biotope key facility
变电所总占地面积为12428m2，围墙为240mm厚(墙高2.5m)实砌砖墙，大门为电动推拉门。所内未利用空地均设计为绿地，所内布置利于生产、便于管理、适应当地环境。The total floor space in the transformer substation is 12428m2, build the brick wall in fact thick (high 2.5m of wall ) for 240mm in the enclosure , the gate is electronic to push away to pull. 生产、生活用电Produce , live and use the electricity
所用电电源从33kV母线上引接，选用一台容量为200kVA的干式变压器。Guide and connect from bus bar of 33kV with the electric power, select a capacity for use for the doing type voltage transformer of 200kVA.
生活用水及排水Domestic water and draining off water
本工程生活用水考虑采用地下水，拟在所区内打一眼深井作为本工程水源，由深水井将地下水送至室内生活给水箱。生活用水提升装置采用两台变频水泵供水，一用一备。This project domestic water is considered to adopt the groundwater, plan to dig a deep well as this source of water of project in the district, the feed-tank sends the groundwater to the room to live from the deep well. The domestic water promotes the device and adopts the water pump of two frequency conversion and supplies water, use one fully .
站区采取平坡布置，自由排水。电缆沟内的积水，汇集后排到附近的渗水井。站区生产、生活污水汇集后，经地下污水管排至化粪池，并定期清掏。Adopting the flat slope to fix up in the standing area, freedom drains off water. The water accumulation in the cable ditch, gather in the back row to nearby oozing the well. After the production , sanitary sewage in the standing area are gathered, arranged to the septic tank by the underground sewage pipe , and draw fixedly and clearly.
