xxx污水处理厂,原设计处理市政生活污水,日处理水量为16000m3/d,采用厌氧+生物滤池工艺,主要构筑物有集水井、提升泵房、细格栅、沉砂池、厌氧池、生物滤池和二沉池。现要求处理量增加到18000m3/d,经计算,主要限制部分为生物滤池负荷过高,会影响出水水质,因此增加1座生物滤池,将各水泵等设备更换较大的型号,即可满足要求。具体计算书如下:
Mudore Sewage Treatment Plant, originally designed for municipal sewage treatment, has a daily water treatment of 16000m3/d and adopts anaerobic together with bio-filter process, which consists of sump, ascension pump room, fine screens, grit chamber, anaerobic digester, bio-filter, secondary sedimentation tank. Now the processing capacity is required to be increased to 18000m3/d. According to the calculation, the main constrained part is the excessive load of bio-filter, which may affect the quality of outflow water. Therefore, with one more bio-filter added and replaced larger size pump, the demand can be satisfied. The specific calculations are as follows:
