A.总则:交流电源用于在测试站点将交流电输送给变压器-整流器和交流电插座。必须满足规格说明的要求,或者更高要求。将工作图必须标明分线盒、配电箱和电缆(A)的位置,电缆线路和(b)电路图得来源,配给和负荷。General: AC power supply shall be designed to feed ac power to transformer rectifiers and ac outlets at test stations. It shall meet or better requirements of this specifications. Shop drawings shall be submitted (a) locations of junction boxes, distribution boxes, and cable routing, and (b) circuit diagrams at the source, distribution and loads.
B. 分线盒和配电箱:配电箱和分线盒必须采用封闭型,满足该规格说明的要求。配电箱和分线盒必须设置在前门的一个薄金属板橱柜中锁存并锁定。全部锁具采用相似的类型,并且采用一把单个的钥匙进行操作。Junction and Distribution Boxes: Distribution and junction boxes shall be of the dead front type, rated to meet the requirements of this specification. They shall be enclosed in a sheet metal cabinet with front doors, latches and locks. All locks shall be of similar type and shall be operable by a single key.

The circuit breakers shall be in separate lockable weatherproof metal enclosures. All enclosures, doors, locks, fittings and coatings shall be of same or better materials and quality than that specified under section 2.2 (B).
2.4阳极系统ANODE SYSTEM

The exposed rod shall be compression crimped to the positive cable and the connection insulated with adhesive lined heat shrink at least 50 mm either side of the connection. The titanium rod shall be spot welded to the conductor bar at the site at three locations using a high-powered resistance welder.

Details of previous applications of the reference electrodes proposed by the Contractor shall be included as part of the technical submittal prior to acceptance.

The connection between the cable and the electrode shall be completely sealed and capable of total immersion without leakage under a water head of 1 meter. All reference electrodes shall be clearly and discretely marked on the electrode case and at the cable termination point. This number shall be recorded on the calibration test certificate and shall be recorded against its location on the as-built drawings.

The encapsulation shall occur at least three days prior to placement and the surface of this encapsulation shall be roughened prior to placement to prevent a shrinkage interface being formed. The procedure to be adopted by the Contractor shall be submitted to the RC for approval prior to embedding the reference electrodes.
