1-1 概述
SFJ－231B型氦质谱检漏仪是对密封容器的泄漏进行快速定位和定量测量的仪器。氦质谱检漏方法与气泡识别法、压强衰减法和卤素检漏等方法相比，具有检测灵敏度高、速度快和适用范围宽，此外氦质谱检漏仪选择无毒、无破坏性、质量轻的惰性气体氦作为探索气体，所以安全可靠。目前，检漏技术在以下领域中得到了广泛的应用：

准备就绪和放气 按「放气」键可以更改停止时是否允许放气，如允许则指示灯亮，反之不亮，当系统准备就绪时，准备就绪指示灯亮，当设定报警值< 1×10-10时仪器自动进入高灵敏方式，＞1×10-10时仪器处于正常检漏状态。
* 注：仪器进入高灵敏方式后,分子泵处于休眠状态,信号较大,所以不宜按「标漏」键,否则信号会溢出,使显示值不正确,另外从高灵敏方式退出时,可能会导致离子源重新加电，且启动时间较长。(建议正常工作一般不要用高灵敏)

三 使用方法
3-1 开始使用（以喷吹法为例）
3-1-1准备工作：
仪器搬运到检漏现场
提供～220V+±10% ,50Hz的电源，并且确保有地线
准备好三芯的插座，并且确保插座的容量大于～250V*10A
准备好氦气和喷枪及其他配件如：波纹管，卡箍等
3-1-2 SFJ-231B基本操作说明
1 启动
显示区域
将检漏口用专用堵头堵住，接通电源,仪器开始加电
电源指示灯亮，同时漏率数码显示窗口，显示HELLO，并有蜂鸣器鸣叫提示和光柱闪烁。

然后漏率数码显示窗口开始显示计时，如上右图所示（显示内容为XX S，含义为：系统从开始启动到目前所用时间），时间每10秒刷新一次。
工作状态指示区域
机械泵启动，电磁阀V1开，机械泵开始对质谱室抽真空（如下图左所示）。
仪器进入启动流程（详见2-4-2 仪器启动流程），启动完成后工作状态显示（如上图右所示），显示区域将显示“READY”（如下图）。

如果仪器是第一次使用或者停用很久后再次使用，质谱室内残存气体比较多可能会导致启动时间较长
启动时最好不要让检漏口与大气直通，建议使用专用堵头堵住
2 设定
报警值设定：设定报警值
仪器在检漏或待机（仪器显示STOP或READY）状态下，先将音量设定到 非0级 然后按「设定+」和「设定-」将报警值设定为工件要求值，设定完成后按「停止」键确认保存存储设定值并返回待机状态。
音量设定：设定报警音量的大小
仪器在检漏或待机（仪器显示STOP或READY）状态下，按「音量」键可将音量从0级到3级循环改变，设定完成后按「停止」键，存储设定值并返回停机状态（0级为关闭音量，3级为音量最大）。如在检漏状态就不用在按「停止」键。
* 标漏的设定：
仪器在停机或待机（仪器显示STOP或READY）状态下，先将音量设定到0级，然后按「设定+」和「设定-」将显示值更改为所使用标漏值（若标漏衰减要输入当前计量的新值），设定完成后按「停止」键，保存并返回待机状态。
3 检漏（喷吹法）
仪器在待机（仪器显示STOP或READY）状态下，设定好报警值和效准后，可按下「检漏」键，等待仪器给工件抽真空，如果V1开了，可以对工件喷氦检大漏；V3开，可以对工件喷氦检中漏；V4开，可以对工件喷氦检微漏（2-4-2检漏流程）。
检漏过程中如果按下「标漏」键，则标漏阀V5开启状态改变。
4 调零（校零）
仪器处于检漏状态时，可按「调零」可扣除当前本底信号，使仪器指示的读数为绝对漏率。
5 停止
在待机或者检漏状态下，按下「停止」键即可使仪器进入停止状态
* 高灵敏方式设定：是否采用高灵敏方式检漏

将报警值设定小于1×10-10。如要关闭高灵敏方式，可将报警值设定值设定大于1×10-10。
*停止时是否允许放气的设定：设定检漏停止后是否对被检工件放入大气
SFJ-231B
按「放气」按钮更改状态，同时显示区域9（见2-3-3节面板介绍）会给出相应提示。如果检漏完成后允许放气则，放气指示灯亮，反之，不亮。
5 标漏校准
将检漏口用专用堵头堵死，仪器在停止或待机（仪器显示STOP或READY）状态下，按下「检漏」键，仪器开始自动定标，显示窗口会显示“-- -- -- -- --”如果信号大小正常，显示区域显示当前的标漏的设定值否则显示区域显示当前标漏已衰减到的百分数（如下图含义为标漏信号为额定信号的49%）。定标完成后下「停止」键即可存储数据并使仪器进入停止状态。
7 停机断电
检漏完成后确定仪器显示“STOP”，将检漏口有专用堵头堵上即可，按下机箱后的电源按钮关闭电，拔出电源插头。
3-2 其他检漏方法的操作
3-2-1 吸入法检漏
吸入法检漏的操作与喷吹法基本操作相同，所不同的是：检漏口接的不是被检测工件而是专用的吸枪。具体操作是：将被检工件中被充入氦气或氦-氮（空气）的混合气，将专用的吸枪连接到检漏口，按下“检漏” 按钮，将吸枪吸嘴对着可以漏点。如果泄露大于设定值则仪器自动报警。
3-2-2 背压法检漏
背压法检漏与喷吹法基本操作相同，只是，工件内不要先压入氦气，然后再将工件放入检漏罐中进行检漏。
