项目一期年生产汽车整车产量为150,000台,第二期的计划年产量为290,000台,第三期的计划年产量为450,000台。
In Phase I of the project, the annual vehicle output is 150,000 units; for Phase II of the project, the planned annual output is 290,000 units; for Phase III, it is 450,000 units.

冲压车间、焊装车间、喷涂车间、总装车间、质量与办公中心、物流部门、能源中心、试车区、TED (车辆研发部门)、变压站、存放区 (集装箱)、储罐区、污水处理站、成品车停放场、消防站等。
Stamping shop, welding shop, painting shop, assembly shop, quality and office center, logistics department, energy center, trial section, TED, transformer station, storage area (container), storage tank area, sewage treatment station, parking lot for finished vehicles, and fire station, etc.
1.3 建设目标及方式
1.3 Objectives and ways of construction
项目建成后,将以高新技术、高质量开发、制造和销售中高档汽车产品。使产品在质量、价格等方面在国际汽车市场具有竞争力。
With the project completed, we will develop, manufacture and sell medium and high-grade automobile products by high and new technology and in high quality. It is expected to achive the competitive power in both the quality and price in the international automobile market.
项目采用一次规划、分步建设的方式,规划产能45万辆/年。本项目提出的建设内容为一期工程,建设规模为15万辆/年。
The project is implemented in the way of one-time planning and step-by-step construction, the planed output is 450,000 units/year. The construction items presented in this project is the Phase I works, and the construction scale is 150,000 units/year.
本项目为合资企业迁址建设的新建项目。
This project is a new project for construction of the joint venture in new address.

本次设计均为新建项目,分三期建设。本项目为一期工程,建设内容包括冲压车间、焊装车间、喷涂车间、总装车间、质量与办公中心、物流部门、能源中心、试车区、TED (车辆研发部门)、变压站、存放区 (集装箱)、储罐区、污水处理站、成品车停放场、消防站等。项目厂房总建筑面积230,000平方米,第一期厂房面积约157,000平方米,第二/三期的计划面积约70,000平方米。
The entire design for the project is new, it is divided into three phases. This is the Phase I works, mainly including the construction of stamping shop, welding shop, painting shop, assembly shop, quality and office center, logistics department, energy center, trial section, TED, transformer station, storage area (container), storage tank area, sewage treatment station, parking lot for finished vehicles, and fire station, etc. The total building area for the project factory is 230,000 m2, including about 157,000 m2 for Phase I and 70,000 m2 for Phase II and III.

冲压车间、焊装车间、总装车间、屋面采用双层彩色压型钢板,内夹75mm厚超细玻璃丝棉隔热;1.0m以下外墙砌240mm厚多孔砖,外表面刷涂料;1.0m以上外墙为双层压型钢板内夹50mm厚超细玻璃棉毡;内墙抹灰刷耐擦洗涂,卫生间等需内墙面采用面砖面层(做防水防潮处理);地面在混凝土垫层上基础上做矿物骨料耐磨面层,卫生间和车间内生活间楼地面做防滑地砖面层;外墙大门采用电动提升门,小门采用钢质门,侧窗采用单框单玻PVC塑钢窗,天窗采用电动手动排烟采光窗。
The stamping shop, welding shop, assembly shop and roofing adopt double profiled color steel sheet, insulated with 75mm extra-fine glass wool; external wall below 1.0m is lined with 240mm thick perforated bricks, and external surfaces painted with coatings; external wall above 1.0m is double profiled steel sheet lined with 50mm thick extra-fine glass wool felt; the internal wall is plastered and painted with wipe-wash-resisting coating; for such area as the toilet, it is required to adopt face brick (take measures for water and moisture prevention); the floor is built to be mineral aggregate wearable surface on the basis of concrete subslab, both the toilet and shop are provided with slip-resistant floor tiles, the gate of external door applys electrical lift-up door, the small door is in steel, the side window adopts single frame and single glass PVC plastic steel window, while the roof window applies electric and manual smoke discharge and lighting window.
涂装车间:屋面采用轻质屋面板,APP卷材防水层;外墙在标高1.6m以下为240mm厚砖墙,1.6m以上为双层彩色压型刚板(内夹50厚玻璃棉毡)。内墙为240mm厚砖墙或空心砖墙;内墙抹灰刷耐擦洗涂,卫生间等需防水房间内墙面采用面砖面层(做防水防潮处理);地面及楼面采用环氧涂料,局部采用防静电地面;外墙大门采用电动提升门,小门采用钢质门,侧窗采用单框单玻PVC塑钢窗,天窗采用电动手动排烟采光窗。
Painting shop: the roofing adopt lightweight roofing board with APP roll waterproof membranes; up to 1.6m elevation, the external wall is 240mm thick brick wall; above 1.6m, it adopts double profiled color steel sheet, insulated with 50mm thick glass wool. The internal wall is 240mm thick brick wall or hollow brick wall; the internal wall plastering is painted with wipe-wash-resisting coating; for such room as the toilet where it requires waterproof, the wall adopts face brick surface provided with waterproof and dampproof measures; the ground and floor adopts epoxy coating, partly adopting anti-static floor; the gate of external door applys electrical lift-up door, the small door is in steel; the side window adopts single frame and single glass PVC plastic steel window, while the roof window applies electric and manual smoke discharge and lighting window.
质量与办公中心和门卫:屋面隔热层采用80厚苯板,35厚配筋细石砼找平,4厚APP卷材防水;外墙砌240厚空心砖或小型砌块墙,外贴30厚挤塑板保温隔热,外表面做面砖饰面或涂料;地面在混凝土垫层上根据不同的使用要求分别做花岗岩(或大理石)面层、防滑磁砖面层和网络地板等;外门和主要人流大门采用铝合金(或不锈钢)玻璃大门,内墙门采用实木门;侧窗采用单框双玻PVC塑钢窗。
Quality and office center and the guard house: the roofing insulating layer adopts 80mm thick polyphenyl sheet with 35mm reinforced bar fine aggregate concrete screed coat, and 4mm thick APP roll waterproof layer; the external wall adopts 240mm thick hollow brick or is built to be blockwork fitted with 30mm thick extruded sheet heat insulation layer, the external surface is made to be face brick finish or provided with overcoating; for the floor, on the basis of concrete subslab, adopt granite (or marble) surface, anti-slip ceramic tile and grid floor as requested; the external door and the main gate are aluminum alloy (or stainless steel) glass door, the internal door is solid wood door; the side window adopts single frame double glass PVC plastic steel window.

b. 本工程建筑结构安全等级为二级、建筑结构设计合理使用年限50年、抗震设防类别丙类、抗震设防烈度为6度、设计基本地震加速度0.05g、设计地震分组为第一组。砼结构的抗震等级为四级。

• 本工程建设单位未提供有关建筑物岩土工程勘察报告。
• The construction unit of this project has not submitted the geotechnical engineering reconnaissance report of the related buildings.
• 地基基础设计等级、地基处理及基础形式、基础埋置深度及持力层名称根据岩土工程勘察报告确定。场地内如遇特殊地质时需要按规范采取地基处理措施。
• The foundation design grade, foundation treatment and foundation type, foundation burial depth, and the supporting course name are determined in accordance with the geotechnical engineering reconnaissance report. In case of special geology within the site, proper measures shall be taken as per relevant codes.

3 公用及动力工程

3.1 给排水工程
3.1 Water supply and sewage works
3.1.1 概述
3.1.1 General
厂址位于江苏常熟经济开发区,规划用地为71.65hm2。厂区周围有完善的市政给排水管网,市政供水压力0.15MPa。
The project factory is located in Changshu economic development zone, the planned land-use area is 71.65hm2. There is complete municipal water supply and sewage pipe network surrounding the factory, the municipal water supply pressure is 0.15MPa.

a. 用水量
a Water consumption
最不利的消防对象为办公楼(耐火等级为二级,民用建筑,建筑物高度小于24m,体积大于20000m3,小于50000m3),按《建筑设计防火规范》(GB50016-2006)规定,室外消火栓用水量为25L/s,室内消火栓用水量为15L/s(按3支水枪同时使用设计,每支水枪用水量为5L/s),消火栓灭火延续时间取2小时。
The most unfavorable fire protection target is the office building (fire resistance rating: 2), civil building, the building height lower than 24m, the building volume is greater than 20000m3 and less than 50000m3), in accordance with provisions of Code of Design on Building Fire Protection and Prevention (GB50016-2006), the water consumption is 25L/s for outdoor fire hydrant and 15L/s for indoor fire hydrant (designed on the basis of three spraying guns working at the same time, the water consumption for each spraying gun is 5L/s), the fire-fighting duration of fire hydrant is 2 hours.
室内外消火栓设计秒流量为40L/s。全厂一次灭火用水量为288m3。
The design flow rate for both the indoor and outdoor fire hyrants is 40L/s. Water consumption for one time fire fighting of the entire factory is about 288m3.

b. 系统设置原则
b Principle of system setup
市政给水压力不能满足生产、生活、室内消火栓给水要求,城市给水进户管数量不能满足室外消火栓给水要求。厂区设水泵房,内设生产、生活、消火栓给水加压泵供给生产、生活、消火栓用水,设循环水泵供给车间循环水。
The municipal water supply pressure can not meet the water supply demand of production, living and indoor fire hydrant, and the quantity of inlet water pipe fails to satisfy the supply demand of outdoor fire hydrant. The factory is arranged with pump house, inside of which there are water supply and booster pumps for supplying water for production, living and fire hydrant, and circulating water pump for supplying circulating water for shops.
从城市自来水干管上引1条DN250的自来水给水进户管。
Introduce one line of DN250 inlet pipe from trunk pipeline of municipal tap water.
厂区分设生产、生活、消火栓、循环水埋地给水管网。
The factory is provided with buried water distribution networks for production, living, fire hydrant and circulating water.
水泵房设在联合动力站房内,面积:48mx15m,梁底标高6.6米。
The pump house is located in the united power house, covering an area of 48m x 15m, and the bottom elevation is 6.6m.
c. 生产、生活、消火栓给水

1)生产给水:
1) Water supply for production:
在水泵房内设全自动给水设备1套,供给全厂生产用水。
A set of full automatic water supply equipment is provided in the pump house for supplying production water of the entire factory.
厂区生产给水管网埋地敷设,枝状布置,在各建筑给水入口设水表计量。
The pipeline network of production water supply is laid underground, arranged in branches, and water gauge is fitted at water inlet of every buildings.
水泵房设生产蓄水池,总有效容积为1000m3。
Besides, a reservoir with an effective capacity of 1000m3 is provided in the pump house.
2)生活给水:

在水泵房内设全自动给水设备1套,供给全厂生活用水。
A set of full automatic water supply equipment is provided in the pump house for supplying living water of the entire factory.
厂区生活给水管网埋地敷设,枝状布置,在各建筑给水入口设水表计量。
The pipeline network of living water supply is laid underground, arranged in branches, and water gauge is fitted at water inlet of every buildings.
水泵房设生活蓄水池,总有效容积为350m3。
Besides, a reservoir with an effective capacity of 350m3 is provided in the pump house.
3)消火栓给水:
3) Water supply for fire hydrant:
在水泵房内设消火栓给水泵2台(1用1备),供给全厂室内外消防用水。设有效调节容积9m3的消防气压罐,储存消防初期十分钟消火栓用水量。
Two sets of feed pumps (one operating, one standby) for supplying water for fire hydrant are equipped in the pump house, for both outdoor and indoor fire demand of the entire factory. A fire fighting air pressure tank with an effective adjusting capacity of 9m3 is set up for storing water consumption for ten minutes at the early times of fire fighting.
厂区消防采用临时高压制,厂区消防给水管网埋地敷设,环状布置,沿道路设置室外地上式消火栓,间距不大于120m。
Fire fighting in the factory adopts the temporary high pressure system, pipeline network of fire fighting water supply is laid underground, arranged in ring type, and outdoor overground hydrant is arranged along the road with a space up to 120m.
水泵房设消防蓄水池,总有效容积为300m3。
Besides, a reservoir with an effective capacity of 300m3 is provided in the pump house.

d. 淋浴热水
d Hot water for shower
淋浴间设在食堂内。
Shower room is in the canteen.
热媒为高温水,自来水经板式换热器加热至60℃后,用热水箱储存,供给浴室淋浴用水。
The hot medium is hot water. Heat the tap water to 60℃ through plate type heat exchanger, store the water with hot water tank, for supplying hot water for the shower room.
淋浴间旁设1个换热间,换热间面积:12mx8m,层高4.5米。
Next to the shower room, set a heat exchanging room with an area of 12mx8m and a storey height of 4.5m.
e. 循环水

日平均湿球温度(5d):28.7℃
Daily average wet-bulb temperature (5d): 28.7℃
循环水补水为自来水。
The circulating water makeup comes from the tap water.
循环水采用循环水物化综合处理装置(过滤、电磁水处理、加药)处理,防止设备及管道腐蚀结垢,防止细菌藻类滋生。
The circulating water is processed with physiochemical comprehensive treatment unit (filtration, electromagnetic water treatment, and dosing), to prevent equipment and pipeline from corrosion and scaling and prevent breeding of bacteria and algae.
循环水泵设在联合站房水泵房内。
The water circulating pump is arranged in the pump house of the united power house.
循环水系统压力供水,压力回水。
The circulating water system adopts pressure supply water and pressure return water.
