X-ray tube is micro ceramic tube. Tube current: 0~10mA; tube voltage: 5~30kV, continuously tunable. Every tube has its own closed cooling pipe and high-pressure water jet and all of them are one closed body. No special tools to replace cause X-ray can fast connect. 应采用高分辨率固态线性成像光电探测器(固态位敏计数管),精度不低于512像素(空间分辨率不低于25微米,2θ角精度:不低于0.029°/像素)。由两个对称的探测器从两个相反的方向来记录衍射信号,探测器可以使用互相关法来定峰。每个探测器也可以独立使用。使用双侧对称安装的MOS(金属氧化物半导体)线性成像探测器。探测器应无光纤传送,直接曝光成像,直流低压驱动,电压不高于36V,功耗不高于10mW。信噪比高,对宽峰、弱峰也可精确定位,普通衍射峰在10秒内可完成精确测量。完成一次测量时间小于60秒。
Adopt high-resolution solid-state liner imaging photodetector (solid-state position –sensitive counter with precision not less than 512 pixels (spatial resolution: not less than 25 micron; 2θ angle precision: not less than 0.029°/pixel). Two symmetrically installed detectors record diffraction signals from opposite directions and use cross correlation method to locate peak. Also, the two detectors can separately work. Adopt bilaterally-symmetrically installed MOS (Metal oxide semiconductor) liner imaging detector. Detector should meet requirement of no fiber transmission, direct exposure imaging, DC low-voltage drive. And the voltage can not be more than 36V, power consumption can not be more than 10mW. Detector is of High SNR that can pinpoint broad peak and weak peak and precisely measure general diffraction peak within 10 seconds. The detecting time is not more than 60 seconds.

应力分析仪应设置”X射线打开”和”窗口打开”指示灯。若准直器窗口堵塞、打开或移动,X射线管管壳松动或被移动,冷却液温度过高或其流动不畅通时,能自动关闭X射线。
Stress analyzer should have “X-ray open” and “window open” indicator lights. And it can automatically cut off X-ray when collimator is blocked, open or moved, when the shell of X-ray tube is loosen or moved or when coolant’s temperature is too high or its flow lack of fluency.

非接触自动应力应变分析仪的设计、制造必须满足最新版的国际行业标准规范, 同时也必须满足有关安全、环保、劳动保护及其它方面最新版的国际强制性标准和规程(规定)的要求和有关标准中强制性条款的要求。如果本技术规格书中存在某些要求高于上述标准,则以本技术规格书的要求为准。在不与上述规定标准规范(规定)相矛盾的条件下,可以采用行业标准。投标方设计制造所执行标准如与下面标准矛盾,应按较高的标准执行。
The design and produce of automatic non-contact automatic stress-strain analyzer should meet the requirements of most recently international industry standards, as well as the requirements of safety, environment protection, labor protection, other most recently international mandatory standard and regulations and mandatory clause in relevant standards. If requirements in the technical specification are higher than above standards and regulations, it should comply with the technical specification. Industry standards can be adopted only when it is not in conflicte with above standards and regulations. If bidder’s design and produce executive standards contradict flowing standards, the execution should adopt higher standards.
2.6. 技术资料与包装

2.6.1 投标人须按规定要求提供投标货物的详细、完整的技术资料。配置附件应列表标明。

2.7. 交货检验及安装调试

2.7.1合同设备到达中国哈尔滨空港后,应有投标方中国办事机构人员与需方人员共同接货,对合同设备包装状况予以确认。在接到需方书面通知后7日内派出有关人员到需方现场进行交货检验及安装调试工作。
2.7.1 After Contract Equipment arriving at Ha’erbin airport, China, bidder from Chinese office and demander should confirm the package of Contract Equipment together. Within 7 days after receiving demander’s notice, bidder side should arrange staff to complete on site delivery inspection, installation and adjustment.
2.7.2开箱清点由需方与投标方共同进行。如果发现到货与合同要求不符,包括运输过程中造成的设备损坏,由投标方在24小时内响应,并在7日内负责解决,由此发生的一切费用由投标方承担。
2.7.2 Demander and bidder inspect together. If the product doesn’t comply with contract requirements (including damages during delivery), bidder should respond within 24 hours and solve the problem within 7 days. All expenses should be covered by bidder.
2.7.3 最终验收:设备安装调试完成后,需方与投标方共同按合同的项目、技术指标及实际检测无应力铁粉,进行设备的最终验收。经测试检验合格后双方签署最终验收报告。
2.7.3 Final acceptance: after installation and adjustment, demander and bidder should carry out final acceptance together to test zero-stress Fe powder according to contract articles, technical standards. If it pass the test, acceptance report is going to be signed by both parts.
2.8 设备的保修与售后服务

2.8.1设备的保修期,从双方签定最终验收报告之日开始计算,时间为一年。
2.8.1 Length of warranty: 12 months, from the signing date of acceptance report.
2.8.2在保修期内若设备发生非使用不当的故障由卖方负责维修,受损零部件由投标方负责更换,并对该件从修复之日起再保修1年,所发生费用由投标方承担。如果出现确实属于需方原因造成的非正常损坏,即人为错误而导致的损坏,则由需方承担受损零件的费用,投标方不另收取修理手续费。设备在保修期满(一年)后,除购买零备件的合理成本外,不另收任何其它费用,以降低用户的使用成本。
2.8.2 Within warranty period, buyer should take responsible for all maintenance excluding improper use. Damaged parts will be replaced by bidder and enjoy another 12 months warranty since the repairing date. All expenses should be covered by bidder. If the damage is due to demander’s improper use, that is, human error, demander will cover the expense of damaged part, but bidder can not charge maintenance fee. After the warranty period (12 months), except for reasonable cost of components purchasing, bidder will not charge any other expenses in order to reduce use cost.
2.8.3 投标方在中国境内应有制造厂家授权的技术服务中心和合格的专业维修人员, 充足的零备件供应,具有很强的技术维修能力。
2.8.3 Bidder should have technical service center and qualified professional maintenance personnel authorized by manufacturer, ample components and reliable technical maintenance ability.
2.8.4在设备保修期内,当设备发生故障需方不能自行解决时,投标方在接到需方的通知后,应在24小时内响应,并尽快予以解决,所发生的费用由投标方承担。
2.8.4 Within warranty period, if device goes wrong and can not be solved by demander, bidder should respond within 24 hours after receiving notice and resolve the problem as soon as possible. All expenses should be covered by bidder.
2.8.5保修期后,需方设备如发生故障,如需方要求投标方对设备进行检修、维修时, 投标方应给予积极配合,排除故障, 投标方可酌情收费。
2.8.5 After the end of warranty, if device goes wrong and demander turns to bidder for help, bidder should cooperate actively to solve problem. Bidder can charge in accordance with condition.

2.9.1在安装和调试前,在设备制造现场投标方技术服务人员应向招标方技术人员进行技术交底,讲解和示范将要进行的程序和方法。培训内容包括设备制造、检验、软件使用、设备操作、维护、保养等方面,培训时间不少于10个工作日。
2.9.1Before installation and adjustment, technical service personnel from bidder side should train technical personnel from tenderee side about the technique and how to install and adjust on manufacturing spot. Training contents comprise device manufacture, inspection, use of software, maintenance and so on. The training period should be at least 10 working days.
2.9.2在设备到达用户使用现场后,投标方应在用户使用现场(哈尔滨)免费向需方有关技术人员进行操作、维护、保养等方面不少于5个工作日的培训。
2.9.2 After device delivered to use spot (Ha’erbin), bidder should provide at least 5-working-day training for demander’s technical personnel on operation and maintenance for free.
2.10 运输方式:空运至中国哈尔滨机场。

2.13.1 投标人中标后根据本招标文件,递交投标文件和澄清文件以及相关的国家标准与招标人签订货物供销技术协议和商务合同。
