广交会能给国内外贸翻译企业提供一个很好的拓展客户、维护客户和展示硬实力的机会,帮助直接或者间接获取优质客户和订单。
一旦老板敲定展期及展位号,我们就可以安排展前邀约的准备工作:
我们可以通过邮件、网络推文发出参展的消息以及展会的时间、地点及展位号等信息;然后做一份参展海报,包括一份展馆平面图,标注你所在的位置,让客户一眼就能看懂并迅速找到你的摊位。
展会前一个月通过邮件、私信等方式邀请客户来参观展位,并告知具体的展位位置和联系方式。展会前两周电话联系重点客户,询问他们是否会来展会,顺便了解他们的需求和兴趣展会前一周再次确认客户的到访日期和时间,并提供行程安排和交通指引的帮助。展会期间在约定好的日期客户没有出现时,及时电话联系客户,并极力邀请他们到展位。展会结束后及时跟进客户,并发送感谢信或礼品,并邀请他们访问公司网站或关注社媒平台。即使只有很少部分客户应约而来,那些没来的客户也会经过接触加深对我们的印象。它不是单纯的产品信息的推广,而是公司实力的一次整体宣传。
