This desulphurization system adopts high-efficient turbulent absorption towerand unique design, which can purify the flue gas further, guarantee the high-quality and high desulphurization rate of the sulphuric acid ammonium, guarantee the high utilization ratio of the ammonia water, and reduce the forming of the aerosol of ammonia. This system adopts the crystallization process inside the tower, the sulphuric acid ammonium solution after absorbing and oxidizing shall be heated through the flue gas, evaporate water and form the sulphuric acid ammonium crystallization. Then, it may send to follow-up system for further treatment and save a large amount of steam consumption.
锅炉来的烟气通过引风机后进入脱硫湍冲喷射管进行除尘和一级脱硫,烟气与一级吸收湍冲器的喷射浆液接触,形成湍冲面。在气液充分接触下,烟气中的SO2溶解于水中形成亚硫酸进而与浆液中的硫酸铵发生化学反应,生成亚硫酸氢铵和硫酸氢铵。然后进入脱硫塔进行二级脱硫。烟气中的二氧化硫被吸收后,通过除水段,离开脱硫塔,尾气温度为48~65℃,由脱硫塔顶直接进入烟囱排放。浆液与烟气接触并吸收二氧化硫生成亚硫酸铵后,吸收生成的亚硫酸铵溶液在脱硫塔的氧化段与鼓入的空气发生氧化反应生成硫酸铵溶液。
The flue gas from boiler may enter into the turbulent spraying pipeline of desulphurization through the air-introduced unit for dust removal and primary desulphurization. The flue gas contact with the spraying liquid of primary absorbing turbulent unit and rapidly form and the turbulent surface. Under the circumstances that the liquid is fully contracted with gas each other; SO2 in the flue gas may dissolve in water and form the sulfurous acid. Then, it will result the chemical reaction with the ammonia sulfate in the serous fluid, which may generate the ammonium bisulfite and ammonium hydrogen sulfite. Then enters the desulphurization tower and carry on second desulphurization. After the sulfur dioxide in the flue gas is absorbed, it shall pass through the water removal section and leave the desulphurization tower. The tail gas temperature is about 48- 65degrees Centigrade, which shall enter into the chimney and directly discharge from the top of the tower of the desulphurization. After the contacting of serous fluid and flue gas absorb the sulfur dioxide to generate the ammonium sulfite, the ammonium base sulfite solution may react with the pumping air in the oxidizing section of desulphurization tower and generate the ammonium sulfate.
吸收氧化后产生的硫酸铵溶液经锅炉烟气在激冷段加热,蒸发掉里面的水分,形成硫酸铵结晶,用硫铵排放泵进入硫铵料液罐,随后由旋流器进料泵将料液送入硫铵旋流器,使硫铵浆液中的固含量达到~50%,稀相返回硫铵料液罐,浓相流入卧式螺旋卸料过滤离心机分离得到的固体硫铵(含水量2~3%),再进入流化床干燥器,使硫铵产品的含水量≤1%,然后进入料仓和包装机,即可得到商品硫铵。包装后的硫铵成品送入硫铵仓库。
The ammonium sulfate solution after absorbing and oxidizing shall be heated in the cooling section through the flue gas of boiler, evaporate the water and form the crystallization of ammonia sulfate. Discharge the solution with special pump and enter into the liquid tank of sulfur ammonium materials, then send to the sulfur ammonium swirl device by the feed pump, ensure the solid content in the sulfur ammonium is up to- 50%, the diluted solution shall return to the sulfur ammonium material liquid tank. The concentrated solution shall flow into horizontal scroll discharge screen centrifuge and separate the solid sulfur ammonium (water content 2%), enter the fluidized bed dryer, ensure the water content of sulfur ammonium products≤1%, then enter material storehouse and packer, and finally get the finished products of sulfur ammonium. The sulfur ammonium finished product after packaging shall send to the sulfur ammonium warehouse.

烟道根据可能发生的最差运行条件(例如:温度、压力、流量、污染物含量等)进行设计。
The flue gas may be designed according to the possible worst operating condition (such as temperature, pressure, flowing quantity, the content of contaminants etc.)
烟道设计能够承受如下负荷:烟道自重、风荷载、灰尘积聚、内衬和保温的重量等。
The design of flue gas shall bear the following loads such as the self weight of gas flue, wind load, weight of accumulated dust, weight of liner and thermal insulation layer.
烟道最小壁厚至少按6mm设计,并考虑一定的腐蚀余量。烟道内烟气流速不超过15m/s。
The minimum wall thickness of flue gas shall be about 6mm at least in design. It is required to leave certain thickness for corrosion allowance. The flow rate inside the gas flue shall not exceed 15m/s.
所有没有接触到低温饱和烟气冷凝液的烟道或没有接触从吸收塔循环喷淋夹带雾滴的烟道,用普通碳钢或相当材料制作。
All flue gas that does not contact with condensate saturated under low temperature inside the gas flue or contact fog drop in the circulated spraying area inside the absorption tower shall apply the common carbon steel or related materials.
所有可能接触腐蚀环境的净烟气烟道和原烟气烟道(全部净烟道,吸收塔入口段,旁路挡板门后烟道等)应加适当的保护层(玻璃鳞片树脂或相当材料),烟道的防腐方案提交给业主确认。
