电解车间的设计范围和操作条件

电解车间设计必须保证在离子膜周期和设备负荷所有阶段符合说明书中的强制操作条件 (包括正常的操作、开车和停车)。这些条件根据离子

膜寿命和电解车间工作状态而改变。

离子膜寿命周期开始采用较高供给温度。由于离子膜寿命的原因,在规定负荷范围内,增加电压将导致电解槽内产生巨大的热能,因此要求降
