电缆基本技术规格Basic technical specification of the cable
1. 本项目车辆段的信号电缆由投标人根据系统构成需要进行相应配置,选用的电缆应至少具有两条城市轨道交通正线线路的良好运用业绩。The cable used in this project shall carry on the corresponding configuration design according to the requirements of the system by the bidder. The selected cable shall have a good application achievement at least with two pieces of straight line circuit of urban rail transportation.
2. 所有电缆的规格均应符合相关的标准、规范,经国家电线电缆质量监督检验中心或铁道部产品质量监督检验中心测试合格,并附有检测报告。The specifications of all cables shall comply with relevant standard and regulation, be checked as qualified by authority departments of national cable quality surveillance inspection center of electric wire or the products quality surveillance inspection center of Ministry of Railways, and submit the testing report.
3. 电缆应机械强度高,绝缘性能好,弯曲能力及抗冲击能力强,防腐、防水、防虫鼠害、防电磁干扰。地面的电缆外护层还应具有防紫外线的特性。The cable shall have high mechanical strength, good performance of insulating, bending capacity and strong impact resistance, antiseptic, waterproof, insect prevention and rat-proof, and EMI Shielding. Protective layer of cable on the ground shall have the performance of anti-ultraviolet.
4. 电缆应适合于震动较为剧烈、使用条件较为恶劣的地铁运输环境。The cable shall be suitable for the comparatively violent shaking and comparatively abominable service transporting condition of subway.
5. 电缆的导线绝缘、内护套、外护套均应采用低烟、无卤、阻燃的进口材料。The insulating, interior sheath and exterior sheath of cable shall adopt low smoke, zero-halogen and free-flame retardant material.
6. 室外及隧道内的电缆应铠装,铠装带应镀锌,电缆的结构形式应视系统设备的控制、传输特性要求进行合理选择,并满足相关标准。The exterior cable shall be sheathed. The structure form of the cable shall be rationally selected according to the requirements of control of the system equipment and transmission characteristic to, and conform to relevant standard.
7. 电缆的电气性能如导线直径、导线电阻、绝缘电阻、工作电容、分布电容等电气参数,应满足相关标准和要求,工厂试验按DIN VDE472(或相应的IEC标准及国内标准)对下述电气参数测试:The electric performance of the cable such as electric parameters of diameter of the wire, resistance of wire, insulating resistance, operating capacity and distribution capacity, etc., shall meet with relevant standards and requirements. Factory test shall carry on the following electric parameters tests according to corresponding IEC standard and domestic standards:
导线电阻 501;Wire resistance 501;
绝缘电阻 502;Insulation resistance 502;
有效电容 504;Effective capacitance 504;
不平衡电容 506;Unbalance capacitance 506;
衰减系数 507;Attenuation coefficient 507;
介电强度 509。Dielectric strength 509.
材料的机械及温度特性按照:Mechanical and temperature characteristic of materials:
导线/屏蔽材料参照DIN VDE0816(第2部分)或相应的IEC标准及国内标准;Wire/shielding material refers to the corresponding DIN VDE0816 (The second part ) standard and domestic standards;
无卤绝缘材料参照DIN VDE0207(第2部分、第23部分、第24部分)或相应的IEC标准及国内标准。Halogen-free insulating material refers to the corresponding DIN VDE0207 (The second part, 23 part, 24 part) standard and domestic standard.
8. 电缆交货长度为1500m或500m,500m以下的短段电缆交货长度不超过总交货长度的5%。包装及标志应符合GB/T 13849-93有关规定。Delivered length of cable shall be 1500m or 500m; the delivered length of cable greater than 50m and under the 500m shall not exceed 5% of total delivered length. Package and identification shall comply with relevant regulations of GB/T 13849-93.
9. 电缆使用寿命不小于 25年。Cable service life shall not be less than 25 years
7.21.2 光缆基本技术规格Basic technical specification of the optical cable
1. 信号系统的安全信息传输通道宜采用独立的单模光缆,选用的光缆应至少具有两条城市轨道交通正线线路的良好运用业绩。The transmission passage of security information the signal system shall adopt the independent single mould optical cable.
2. 所有光缆的规格均应符合相关的标准、规范,经国家电线电缆质量监督检验中心测试合格,并附有检测报告。The specifications of all optical cables comply with relevant standards and regulations, be checked as qualified by authority departments of national cable quality surveillance inspection center of electric wire, and submit the testing report.
3. 光缆护套以内的所有间隙采用油膏填充阻水措施,包带及其内外的缆芯间隙采用油膏连续充满。内套和护套之间的间隙连续放置阻水膨胀带。All interval of the optical cable within the sheath shall adopt the ointment to fill in the interspaces of the cable. The belting and the interval of its internal and external cable core shall adopt the ointment to fill in succession. The interval between the internal and external shall arrange with the water repellent expansion joint in succession.
4. 光缆护层结构采用内护层为双面涂塑铝带粘接PE套+双面涂塑轧纹钢带+低烟、无卤、阻燃聚乙烯护套。光缆结构与护层应具有防电蚀、防鼠咬、虫害等特性。地面光缆外护层还应具有防紫外线的特性。The optical fiber cable with composite sheath adopt the PE case of double coated aluminum tide in inner sheath + double coated corrugated steel tide + low smoke, Halogen free and free-flame retardant polyethylene jacket;
5. 光缆的纤芯应采用国际知名品牌。The fiber core of the optical cable shall adopt world / domestic famous brand.
6. 投标人提供的光缆应符合以下应用标准:The optical cable provided by the bidder shall comply with the following standards :
a) GB7472-87 -通信光缆的一般要求;GB7472-87 -General requirements for the communication optical cable;
b) GB9771-88 -通信用单模光纤系列;GB9771-88 -Single mould optic fiber series of communication;
c) GB8401-87 -光纤的传输特性和光学特性测试方法;GB8401-87 -The transmission characteristic of the optic fiber and testing method of optics characteristic;
d) GB8402-87 -光纤的(几何)尺寸参数测量方法;GB8402-87 -Specification measurement procedure for optic fiber (geometry) size;
e) GB7425-87 -光缆的机械性能试验方法;GB7425-87 -Specification measurement procedure for mechanical performance of optical cable

7. 光缆成束后的燃烧试验必须符合IEC 332-3C;低烟指标透光率大于60%(IEC 1034);无卤指标HCL的含量小于4mg/g。Combustion test after binding the cable into a bundle shall comply with the regulation of IEC 332-3C. The transmittance of low smoke index exceeds 60% (IEC 1034); the halogen free index HCL is smaller than 4mg/g.
8. 光缆的使用寿命不少于30年。The service life of the optical cable shall not be smaller than 30 years.
